READY TO
STAND OUT?
Let's build something extraordinary together. Your next chapter starts with a conversation.
WE ARE
alternate
Founded in 2018, Alternate was built on a simple belief: great brands aren't born — they're crafted through relentless strategy, fearless creativity, and obsessive attention to detail.
FROM GARAGE TO GLOBAL
Alternate was founded by Shubham Sourabh and Santosh Kumar — two professionals who believed great brands are built through the perfect blend of technology, strategy, and creativity. Today we're a growing powerhouse that has transformed brands across fintech, healthtech, retail, and consumer goods.
Our philosophy has never changed: creative work must serve business goals. Every pixel, every word, every campaign is built to move the needle — not just to look good in an award show portfolio.
"In a world of noise, we create signal. We don't follow trends — we set them."
WHAT DRIVES us
We challenge conventions. Safe choices produce forgettable results. We push boundaries to find ideas that genuinely move markets.
Beautiful work that doesn't perform is decoration. Every creative decision is anchored in strategy designed to drive measurable outcomes.
We embed ourselves in your business. Your success is our success. We show up as invested partners, not just service providers.
Detail is everything. The space between good and exceptional lives in the margins — we refuse to accept anything less than extraordinary.
The digital landscape evolves fast. We stay ahead through constant learning, testing, and adapting — so our clients always have the edge.
No buzzwords, no fluff. We communicate with radical transparency — clear timelines, honest feedback, and straightforward strategy.
MEET THE founders
Alternate was built by specialists who got tired of agencies that talk strategy but can't execute technically — so we built one that does both.
8+ years building digital products. Expert in full-stack development, generative AI integration, and brand systems that convert.
7+ years in growth strategy and business development. Specialises in taking AI products from prototype to production and enterprise sales.
Team of 25 across design, engineering & strategy. We keep the core team lean and senior — no juniors handed your project. References and portfolio from past clients available on request.

OUR
SERVICES
Six core disciplines, one strategic vision — designed to build your digital presence, connect your systems, and grow your brand sustainably.
Most agencies sell one discipline well and outsource the rest. We are built differently. Strategy, design, engineering and marketing sit under one roof, which means the team shaping your brand is in the same conversation as the team building your website and the team growing it — so nothing is lost in translation between separate vendors.
For you, that means a single point of accountability, a consistent standard across every deliverable, and work that compounds: a brand that informs the website, and a website engineered to convert the traffic your marketing earns. Whether you need one of these services or all seven, you work with senior people who have shipped this work before — for early-stage startups and global teams alike.

In highly competitive industries, having a great product is no longer enough. Even companies with excellent solutions can struggle to communicate their value online if their website doesn't evolve alongside their business. This was exactly the challenge faced by coreplus PM, an Australian practice management software provider serving healthcare and allied health professionals. As the company continued to grow and expand its offering, its digital presence needed to reflect the same level of professionalism, innovation, and trust that customers experienced within the platform itself. That's where Alternate stepped in. The Challenge coreplus PM had built a strong reputation within the healthcare sector. Their software offered an extensive range of features designed to help practitioners manage appointments, client records, telehealth sessions, invoicing, reporting, referrals, and much more. However, like many growing technology companies, their website had gradually become a collection of information rather than a carefully structured user experience. Several challenges became apparent: The platform offered many features, but users could find it difficult to understand the complete value proposition quickly. The website needed stronger visual hierarchy and storytelling. Navigation required simplification to help visitors find relevant information faster. The overall design no longer reflected the modern nature of the software itself. Conversion pathways could be improved to encourage more demo requests and free trial sign-ups. In short, the product had evolved significantly, but the website hadn't fully caught up. Understanding the Industry Before touching a single design element, our team at Alternate spent time understanding the healthcare software market. Healthcare professionals don't browse websites the same way typical consumers do. They are usually busy practitioners, clinic owners, or administrators looking for answers to specific questions: Will this save time? Is it secure? Can it integrate with existing workflows? Is it easy for staff to learn? Will it help improve patient experience? The website needed to answer these questions quickly and clearly. Our goal wasn't simply to make the website look better. Our goal was to make the website communicate better. The Strategy Rather than approaching the project as a visual redesign alone, we treated it as a brand communication challenge. We focused on three key areas: 1. Simplifying the User Journey Visitors needed a clearer path from discovery to action. We reorganized information architecture, streamlined navigation, and reduced friction throughout the website. Instead of overwhelming users with information upfront, we created a more logical flow that guided visitors through the platform's capabilities step by step. 2. Modernizing the Visual Experience Healthcare technology is built on trust. Design plays a major role in creating that trust. We introduced a cleaner visual system, improved spacing, stronger typography, and more consistent design patterns throughout the website. The result was a more polished experience that aligned with the quality of the software itself. 3. Highlighting Product Value One of the biggest opportunities was helping visitors quickly understand what makes coreplus PM different. We worked to present features, benefits, and use cases in a way that was easier to digest. Rather than simply listing capabilities, the website now tells a clearer story about how the platform helps healthcare professionals run more efficient practices. The Execution The redesign process involved close collaboration between strategy, design, and development. Every page was evaluated through the lens of user intent. Questions we constantly asked included: What is the visitor looking for? What information do they need next? What action should they take after reading this section? This user-first approach influenced everything from page layouts and content structure to call-to-action placement and visual hierarchy. The objective wasn't to create something flashy. The objective was to create something effective.

Every growing company reaches a point where having a great product is no longer enough. You need visibility. You need recognition. And most importantly, you need a brand that people remember. When Bisdesk approached Alternate, they already had a unique business model. As a platform connecting businesses with flexible workspaces and coworking solutions, they were operating in an industry that was growing rapidly across global markets. Their vision was clear, their services were valuable, and their market opportunity was significant. The challenge wasn't the business. The challenge was communicating its value consistently across different audiences. That's where our partnership began. Understanding the Brand Before creating a single advertisement or visual asset, our team invested time in understanding what made Bisdesk different. Unlike traditional real estate platforms, Bisdesk wasn't simply helping businesses rent office space. They were promoting a new way of working. The rise of remote work, hybrid teams, coworking environments, and flexible office solutions had fundamentally changed how companies think about workplaces. Bisdesk was positioned at the center of that transformation. Our goal was to ensure that every campaign, every design, and every piece of communication reflected that vision. The Challenge Like many fast-growing companies, Bisdesk faced a common marketing challenge. Different audiences were interacting with the brand in different ways. Some visitors were startup founders searching for affordable workspaces. Others were enterprise teams looking for flexible office solutions. At the same time, workspace providers needed to understand the value of listing their properties on the platform. The messaging had to speak to multiple audiences without diluting the brand identity. Additionally, the company needed: Stronger brand consistency More engaging social media content High-performing digital advertising creatives Clearer positioning within the flexible workspace industry Better visual storytelling across marketing channels The objective was simple: Create a brand that looked as innovative as the business itself. Building the Foundation At Alternate, we believe successful advertising starts long before launching campaigns. It begins with strategy. We worked closely with the Bisdesk team to establish a stronger visual and communication framework that could be applied across every touchpoint. This included: Defining Brand Messaging We refined messaging that focused on flexibility, growth, community, and the future of work. Rather than promoting office spaces alone, the communication focused on helping businesses discover environments where they could thrive. Strengthening Visual Identity Consistency is often the difference between a company that gets noticed and one that gets remembered. We developed creative assets and visual guidelines that helped create a more cohesive brand presence across digital platforms. Creating a Scalable Marketing System Instead of creating isolated campaigns, we built creative systems that could support long-term growth. This ensured that future campaigns could remain consistent while adapting to different audiences and markets. The Advertising Strategy Once the branding foundation was established, our focus shifted toward campaign execution. The goal wasn't simply to generate impressions. The goal was to generate attention from the right audience. We developed advertising creatives designed to communicate value quickly while maintaining a professional and modern brand image. The campaigns focused on key themes: The Future of Flexible Work Modern businesses are increasingly moving away from traditional office models. Our campaigns highlighted the benefits of flexible workspace solutions and positioned Bisdesk as a platform built for modern teams. Workspace Discovery Made Simple Finding the right workspace can be time-consuming. Campaign messaging emphasized convenience, accessibility, and choice. Building Better Work Communities One of the strongest aspects of the Bisdesk platform is the community element. Rather than marketing office space as a commodity, we highlighted the experiences and opportunities that come from working in dynamic professional environments. Creative Execution Across digital platforms, attention spans are short. Every visual asset needed to communicate a message within seconds. Our creative team focused on: Clean and modern layouts Professional business-focused visuals Strong call-to-actions Platform-specific creative adaptations Consistent brand storytelling Whether users encountered the brand through social media, display advertising, or promotional content, they experienced the same cohesive message.

In the wellness and personal care industry, first impressions matter. For brands like Savarnas Mantra, product quality is essential, but equally important is how the brand is presented to potential customers. From social media presence to product packaging, every visual touchpoint plays a role in building trust and attracting attention. That's where Alternate partnered with Savarnas Mantra. The Challenge Savarnas Mantra wanted to strengthen its visual identity and create a more consistent brand experience across digital and physical platforms. The brand needed: Engaging social media creatives High-converting advertisement designs Professional product packaging that reflected the quality of its offerings Consistent branding across customer touchpoints The goal was simple: create visuals that would help the brand stand out in a highly competitive market. Our Approach Rather than treating each design requirement as a separate task, we focused on building a cohesive visual language for the brand. We developed creative assets that aligned with the brand's values while maintaining a premium and trustworthy appearance. Our work included: Social Media Creatives We designed engaging content that helped communicate product benefits, brand values, and promotional campaigns in a visually appealing manner. Advertising Creatives From promotional campaigns to product-focused advertisements, we created designs optimized to capture attention and improve audience engagement across digital platforms. Product Packaging Design Packaging often becomes the customer's first physical interaction with a brand. We designed packaging that balanced aesthetics, functionality, and brand consistency, helping Savarnas Mantra create a stronger shelf presence and a more memorable customer experience.

The brand combines natural botanical ingredients sourced from France with a holistic beauty philosophy focused on both emotional well-being and skin health. Their products are positioned in the premium skincare market and emphasize natural formulations, sustainability, and sensory experiences. The Challenge Despite having a unique product story and premium positioning, Fleurissent faced several common growth challenges: Inconsistent visual storytelling across digital platforms Limited video assets for product promotion Difficulty communicating the emotional and wellness benefits of the brand Social media content that did not fully reflect the luxury nature of the products Website banners that lacked strong conversion-focused messaging Need for a cohesive creative strategy across all customer touchpoints The brand needed a creative partner capable of translating its luxurious flower-based skincare philosophy into compelling visual experiences. Website Improvements: Homepage hero banners Product collection banners Seasonal campaign creatives Promotional landing page graphics Product launch visuals Email marketing banners The new designs aligned the website experience with the luxury positioning of the brand and improved consistency across all customer touchpoints. 4. Brand Storytelling Framework One of the biggest transformations came from repositioning Fleurissent as more than a skincare company. Alternate helped communicate: "French Flower-Powered Wellness for Skin, Mind, and Life." This messaging created a stronger emotional identity and differentiated the brand from crowded skincare competitors. Creative Direction Alternate established a premium visual system built around: Elegant floral imagery Luxury beauty aesthetics Soft natural color palettes Clean typography Wellness-inspired storytelling High-end product presentation The brand evolved from looking like a product company to feeling like a luxury wellness experience.

How a Website Redesign Helped coreplus PM Strengthen Its Position in Australia's Healthcare Software Industry
The Challenge
coreplus PM had built a strong reputation within the healthcare sector. Their software offered an extensive range of features designed to help practitioners manage appointments, client records, telehealth sessions, invoicing, reporting, referrals, and much more.
However, like many growing technology companies, their website had gradually become a collection of information rather than a carefully structured user experience.
Several challenges became apparent:
The platform offered many features, but users could find it difficult to understand the complete value proposition quickly.
Understanding the Industry
Before touching a single design element, our team at Alternate spent time understanding the healthcare software market.
Healthcare professionals don't browse websites the same way typical consumers do.
They are usually busy practitioners, clinic owners, or administrators looking for answers to specific questions:
Will this save time? Is it secure? Can it integrate with existing workflows? Is it easy for staff to learn? Will it help improve patient experience?
The website needed to answer these questions quickly and clearly.
Our goal wasn't simply to make the website look better.
Our goal was to make the website communicate better.
The Strategy
Rather than approaching the project as a visual redesign alone, we treated it as a brand communication challenge.
We focused on three key areas:
1. Simplifying the User Journey
Visitors needed a clearer path from discovery to action.
We reorganized information architecture, streamlined navigation, and reduced friction throughout the website.
Instead of overwhelming users with information upfront, we created a more logical flow that guided visitors through the platform's capabilities step by step.
2. Modernizing the Visual Experience
Healthcare technology is built on trust.
Design plays a major role in creating that trust.
We introduced a cleaner visual system, improved spacing, stronger typography, and more consistent design patterns throughout the website.
The result was a more polished experience that aligned with the quality of the software itself.
3. Highlighting Product Value
One of the biggest opportunities was helping visitors quickly understand what makes coreplus PM different.
We worked to present features, benefits, and use cases in a way that was easier to digest.
Rather than simply listing capabilities, the website now tells a clearer story about how the platform helps healthcare professionals run more efficient practices.
The Execution
The redesign process involved close collaboration between strategy, design, and development.
Every page was evaluated through the lens of user intent.
Questions we constantly asked included:
What is the visitor looking for? What information do they need next? What action should they take after reading this section?
This user-first approach influenced everything from page layouts and content structure to call-to-action placement and visual hierarchy.
The objective wasn't to create something flashy.
The objective was to create something effective.
The Results
The transformation was immediately noticeable.
The new website delivered:
Stronger Brand Perception
The updated design positioned coreplus PM as a modern and forward-thinking technology provider.
Visitors could instantly see the professionalism behind the platform.
Improved User Experience
Information became easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to navigate.
Users could move through the website with greater confidence and less confusion.
Better Communication of Value
One of the biggest wins was clarity.
Potential customers could now understand the platform's capabilities much faster than before.
A Foundation for Future Growth
Most importantly, the redesign created a scalable digital foundation.
As coreplus PM continues to introduce new features and expand its services, the website is now equipped to grow alongside the business.
Lessons From the Project
This project reinforced a lesson we see repeatedly across industries:
A website is not just a digital brochure.
It is often the first impression, first sales conversation, and first trust-building interaction a customer has with a business.
Companies invest heavily in product development, operations, and customer service, but sometimes overlook the experience visitors have before becoming customers.
When those experiences align, growth becomes much easier.
Final Thoughts
coreplus PM already had a strong product and a clear market position.
What they needed was a digital presence that accurately reflected the quality of their offering.
By combining strategic thinking, modern design, and user-focused development, Alternate helped transform their website into a platform that better represents the brand and supports its long-term growth objectives.
The result wasn't just a better-looking website.
It was a website that works harder for the business.
And in today's digital-first world, that's what truly matters.

For most enterprise buyers, the decision to bring in an external partner comes down to a single question: can we trust them with our data, our customers and our reputation? Capability is assumed — assurance is what closes the contract. A missing answer in a security review, or a vague response in procurement, can stall a project for weeks or end it before it begins.
We treat security and compliance as part of the work, not a checklist bolted on for large deals. Every engagement is structured so your legal, IT and procurement teams receive clear, documented answers quickly — and so the safeguards protecting your data are operational and real, rather than aspirational statements on a page.
HOW WE HANDLE your data
Security is applied across the full lifecycle of an engagement, not just at kickoff. Here is how your data is protected from the first conversation through to final handover.
Onboarding & scope
Before any data changes hands, we agree an NDA, a Data Processing Agreement and a clear processing scope. You decide what we may access, where it lives, and for how long.
Least-privilege access
Access is granted per project on a need-to-know basis, protected by SSO and MFA, and fully logged. No one on our team holds standing access to your systems.
Secure delivery
Work happens in isolated, per-client environments with code review, dependency and secret scanning, and infrastructure-as-code. Where required, we deploy into your own cloud account so data never leaves your boundary.
Monitoring & response
We operate a documented incident-response runbook with defined severity levels and a contractual notification window, so you are never left guessing if something goes wrong.
Offboarding
At the end of an engagement, access is revoked, credentials are rotated, and data is returned or securely deleted to a documented schedule — confirmed to you in writing.

GENERATIVE AI development company
Alternate is a global generative AI development company. We design, build and ship production-grade AI applications — custom LLM applications, retrieval-augmented systems, autonomous agents, chatbots and workflow automation — that are engineered to move a defined business metric rather than to impress in a demo. We work with startups and enterprises across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, taking each engagement from strategy through deployment to ongoing optimisation.
WHAT GENERATIVE AI DEVELOPMENT involves
Generative AI development is the discipline of turning a business objective into a working application built on large language and generative models — a customer-facing assistant, an internal copilot, a document-processing pipeline, or an agent that completes multi-step tasks across your existing tools. The visible layer is the conversation or the generated output; the layer that determines whether it succeeds sits beneath it: how the model is grounded in your data, how its responses are constrained, how accuracy is measured, and how the system behaves when a request falls outside its competence.
A convincing prototype can be assembled in an afternoon. A system that an organisation can depend on every day is a different undertaking entirely. It requires retrieval that returns the right context, evaluation that catches regressions before users do, guardrails that prevent the model from acting beyond its remit, and an architecture that remains affordable as usage grows. We treat generative AI as production software with a measurable purpose — not as an experiment that happens to demonstrate well in a meeting.
WHY GENERATIVE AI IS becoming core infrastructure
Consider the repetitive, language-heavy work that consumes capacity across most organisations: answering the same support questions, drafting and summarising documents, retrieving information buried in scattered systems, and reconciling data between tools. These tasks are necessary, but they rarely make the best use of skilled people. Generative AI, applied carefully, absorbs a meaningful share of that work and returns the time to higher-value activity.
The competitive picture is shifting accordingly. When a competitor resolves a customer query in seconds, qualifies leads around the clock, or turns a week of manual analysis into an afternoon, the advantage compounds quietly. The risk is not that AI replaces your team; it is that an organisation which applies it well operates at a structurally lower cost and a faster pace than one that does not.
Industry research suggests that a large proportion of generative AI initiatives never progress beyond the pilot stage — not because the technology is incapable, but because the projects were built as demonstrations rather than as reliable, measurable systems. The difference between the two is almost entirely a matter of engineering discipline.
COMMON CHALLENGES we help businesses solve
If any of the following situations apply to your organisation, you are not alone — these are among the most frequent reasons businesses first approach us about generative AI:
- →A promising pilot that never shipped. An impressive proof of concept stalled because it was never engineered for reliability, security or scale.
- →Confident but incorrect answers. The model fabricates information because it has no reliable grounding in your own data.
- →Unpredictable running costs. Token usage was never measured or controlled, so spend rises faster than the value the system delivers.
- →Unresolved data and privacy concerns. Uncertainty about where data is sent and how it is retained has stalled approval from legal or security teams.
- →No way to measure quality. Without an evaluation framework, there is no objective way to know whether a change has improved or degraded the system.
- →An isolated tool that solves little. The AI was never integrated with the systems where work actually happens, so adoption never followed.
Our process is designed specifically to resolve these issues — and to ensure they do not recur.
OUR PROCESS: from discovery to delivery
We maintain complete transparency throughout every engagement. The following outlines precisely how a project progresses, and what you can expect at each stage.
Discovery & use-case selection
We begin by identifying where generative AI can produce genuine value for your business, and define success in measurable terms. You conclude this stage with a prioritised use case, a clear scope and a fixed quotation.
Data & architecture
We assess the data the system will rely on, design the retrieval and integration approach, and select the right models for your accuracy, cost and privacy requirements before any code is written.
Prototype & validation
We build a working prototype against your real data quickly, so you can judge quality on genuine examples rather than a curated script — and confirm the direction before fuller investment.
Engineering & evaluation
Our senior engineers harden the system across structured sprints, adding retrieval, guardrails, an evaluation framework and cost controls. A staging environment lets you follow progress throughout.
Integration & deployment
We connect the system to the tools where work actually happens — your CRM, knowledge base, internal applications and data sources — and deploy it securely into your environment.
Monitoring & improvement
After launch we monitor accuracy, cost and usage, and refine the system as models advance and your needs evolve. We operate as a long-term partner, not a supplier whose involvement ends at handover.
MODELS, TECHNOLOGIES and tools we use
We are model-agnostic by principle. The right choice depends on the accuracy you require, the sensitivity of your data and the cost you can sustain — not on which provider is most discussed. The capabilities below cover what we build and the stack we typically reach for:
Custom LLM applications
Copilots, assistants, summarisation and drafting tools built on GPT, Claude, Gemini and open models, adapted through prompting and fine-tuning to your domain.
RAG & knowledge systems
Retrieval-augmented generation grounded in your own content, with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate or pgvector, so answers are accurate, cited and traceable.
AI agents & automation
Agents that take action across your tools using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph — research, operations, support and back-office workflows that run with oversight.
AI chatbots
Conversational systems that support, qualify and sell at any hour. See our AI chatbot development →
Models we work with
OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini and open-source models such as Llama and Mistral — hosted, private or on-premise depending on your privacy needs.
Engineering & infrastructure
Python and TypeScript services, deployed on AWS, Azure, GCP or your own cloud, with evaluation, observability and cost monitoring built in from the start.
If your organisation has already standardised on a particular cloud, model or framework, we will work within it. The appropriate choice is the one that best serves the business — not the one that happens to be in fashion.
BENEFITS AND return on investment
Setting aside technical terminology, a generative AI system engineered to this standard delivers measurable commercial outcomes:
- ✓Lower cost to serve — routine enquiries and repetitive language work are handled automatically, freeing your team for higher-value tasks.
- ✓Faster turnaround — work that took hours of manual effort, from drafting to analysis, is completed in minutes.
- ✓Capacity without headcount — output scales with demand rather than with hiring, particularly across support and content.
- ✓Better, more consistent decisions — knowledge held across scattered systems becomes instantly accessible and uniformly applied.
- ✓Controlled, predictable spend — cost monitoring and model selection keep running costs proportionate to the value delivered.
The objective is not an AI feature you can announce — though you may well want to. It is a system that produces a measurable return, withstands real-world use, and continues to earn its place long after launch.

AI CHATBOT development company
Alternate is an AI chatbot development company that builds accurate, on-brand conversational assistants grounded in your own content — engineered with retrieval-augmented generation, integrated with the tools your business already runs on, and supported well beyond launch. From round-the-clock customer support to lead-qualifying sales assistants and internal knowledge bots, we deliver conversational AI that reduces support volume, captures qualified enquiries and earns the trust of the people who use it. The chatbot on this very page is one we built — you are welcome to test it before you speak to us.
WHAT AI CHATBOT DEVELOPMENT involves
AI chatbot development is the discipline of turning a business objective — fewer support tickets, faster answers, more qualified enquiries — into a conversational assistant that customers and staff can rely on. The visible layer is the chat window; the layer that determines whether it succeeds sits beneath it: the quality of the knowledge it draws from, the accuracy of its retrieval, the guardrails that keep it on topic, and the integrations that let it act rather than merely talk. A modern assistant is not a scripted decision tree. It interprets intent, retrieves the relevant facts from your own content, composes a grounded answer, and knows when to escalate to a person.
Many vendors treat a chatbot as a widget to be dropped onto a page. We regard it as operational infrastructure — a system with a defined purpose, measurable performance, and a direct line to the tools your business already runs on, from your help-desk and CRM to your booking calendar and product catalogue. When the foundation is engineered correctly, the assistant resolves routine work without supervision, captures the information your team needs, and improves as your content and conversations accumulate, rather than degrading into a source of frustration.
WHY YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS a chatbot that performs
Consider the demands placed on your team every day. A customer arrives at midnight in a different time zone with a question your documentation already answers. A prospect wants pricing before they will fill in a form. A new employee needs the same onboarding detail your HR team has explained a hundred times. Each of these is a routine, repeatable interaction — and each one consumes attention that could be directed toward work only a person can do.
When those interactions go unanswered or are answered slowly, the cost is rarely visible: there is no error message, only a customer who churns, a lead who cools, and a support queue that never quite clears. A well-built assistant absorbs that repetitive load with consistent, grounded answers, frees your specialists for higher-value work, and ensures that no enquiry arrives at an empty desk — regardless of the hour or the channel.
Industry research consistently suggests that a large share of inbound support questions are repetitive and answerable from existing documentation. Resolving even a portion of them automatically returns hours to your team every week — capacity that, once freed, is rarely missed but always felt.
COMMON CHALLENGES we help businesses solve
If any of the following situations apply to your organisation, you are not alone — these are among the most frequent reasons businesses first approach us about conversational AI:
- →Chatbots that invent answers. An earlier tool gave confident but incorrect responses, eroding customer trust and creating support work rather than removing it.
- →A support queue that never clears. Your team answers the same questions repeatedly, with no time left for the complex cases that genuinely need them.
- →Visitors who leave without a trace. Prospects arrive, browse and depart without ever identifying themselves, because nothing on the page invites a conversation.
- →Rigid, scripted flows. A menu-based bot frustrates users the moment their question falls outside its predefined buttons.
- →Knowledge scattered across systems. The answers exist — in your help centre, your PDFs, your wiki — but no single tool can reach all of them at once.
- →Concerns about data and compliance. You cannot adopt an assistant unless you know precisely where your data goes and who can access it.
Our process is designed specifically to resolve these issues — and to ensure they do not recur.
CHATBOTS WE build
Every engagement begins with the outcome you are trying to achieve, not the technology. Depending on that objective, an assistant typically takes one of the following forms — or combines several behind a single conversation.
Customer Support Assistants
Resolve common questions instantly, around the clock, with a clean handoff to a human for anything that needs one.
RAG Knowledge Chatbots
Assistants that answer only from your documentation, policies and data — grounded and citable, so they do not fabricate.
Lead-Generation & Sales Bots
Qualify visitors, answer pre-sales questions and book meetings automatically — turning your website into a working channel.
Internal AI Assistants
Give your team an assistant for HR, IT, operations and onboarding questions, connected securely to internal knowledge.
Multi-Channel Bots
One brain across web, WhatsApp, Slack, Messenger and your app — consistent answers everywhere your users are.
Voice & Multilingual
Voice-enabled and multilingual assistants that meet customers in their own language and preferred channel.
OUR PROCESS: from discovery to deployment
We maintain complete transparency throughout every engagement. The following outlines precisely how a chatbot project progresses, and what you can expect at each stage.
Discovery & use case
We identify the questions the assistant must handle, the outcomes that define success, and the channels it will serve. You conclude this stage with a defined scope, timeline and fixed quotation.
Knowledge & data preparation
We gather and structure your content — help centre, documents, policies and product data — into a clean knowledge base the assistant can retrieve from reliably.
Architecture & retrieval
We design the retrieval pipeline, model selection and guardrails that keep answers grounded, on-brand and within scope — the work that determines accuracy.
Build & integration
We build the assistant and connect it to your CRM, help-desk, calendar and other systems, so it can act rather than only inform. You review progress in a live environment.
Evaluation & tuning
We test against real questions, measure accuracy and escalation behaviour, and refine prompts, retrieval and tone until the assistant performs to an agreed standard.
Deployment & improvement
We deploy, monitor live conversations and improve the assistant on the basis of real usage. We operate as a long-term partner, not a supplier whose involvement ends at handover.
TECHNOLOGIES AND platforms we use
We are not committed to any single model or vendor — we are committed to your results. We select the components best suited to your accuracy requirements, your data sensitivity and your budget. In most engagements, that includes the following:
Language models
Leading commercial and open models — selected per use case for quality, latency, cost and data-residency requirements.
Retrieval & vector search
Embeddings and vector databases that ground every answer in your approved content — the core of an accurate assistant.
Orchestration
Robust pipelines that route intent, manage context, call tools and enforce guardrails — built to be observable and maintainable.
Channels
Web widget, WhatsApp, Slack, Messenger and in-app SDKs — one assistant serving consistent answers across every channel.
Integrations
Connections to your CRM, help-desk, calendar and internal APIs, so the assistant can book, look up and update, not just reply.
Monitoring & analytics
Conversation logging, quality evaluation and dashboards — so you can see what users ask and how well they are served.
If your organisation has already standardised on a particular cloud, model provider or data platform, we will work within it. The right architecture is the one that best serves the business and protects your data — not the one that happens to be in fashion.
BENEFITS AND return on investment
Setting aside technical terminology, an assistant engineered to this standard delivers measurable commercial outcomes:
- ✓Lower support volume — routine questions are resolved automatically, returning hours to your team every week.
- ✓Faster response times — customers receive accurate answers in seconds, at any hour and in any time zone.
- ✓More qualified enquiries — the assistant engages visitors, answers pre-sales questions and captures leads that would otherwise leave silently.
- ✓Consistent, on-brand answers — every customer hears the same correct information, regardless of who is on shift.
- ✓Room to scale — handle a surge in conversations without a proportional increase in headcount.
The objective is not simply a chatbot you can point to — though you will be glad to have it. It is an assistant that produces a measurable return through deflected tickets and captured demand, and continues to do so well beyond launch.
INDUSTRIES WE serve
As a global agency, we build conversational AI for teams across a broad range of sectors and markets. The fundamentals — accuracy, grounding, safe escalation and useful integration — apply universally; the details are tailored to the requirements and regulations of your industry.

SOCIAL MEDIA marketing agency
Alternate is a social media marketing agency that turns audiences into customers. We craft scroll-stopping content, run high-return paid campaigns, and grow engaged communities across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Meta and X — for brands that want to lead their category. As a global team working across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, we provide full-service social media management for startups, small businesses and established B2B and consumer brands. Every plan is built around commercial outcomes — qualified leads, sales and brand authority — rather than vanity metrics.
WHAT SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING involves
Social media marketing is the practice of using platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Meta and X to reach the right audience, build genuine affinity for your brand, and move that audience toward a commercial action — an enquiry, a sale, a sign-up or a renewal. The visible layer is the content people see in their feed; the layer that determines results sits beneath it: a clear strategy, a defined audience, a consistent publishing rhythm, disciplined paid distribution, and honest measurement.
Many agencies treat social media as a content-production task — a quota of posts to fill a calendar. We treat it as a system with a defined purpose. Organic content earns attention and trust; paid campaigns extend reach to qualified audiences at predictable cost; community management converts that attention into relationships; and analytics close the loop so every subsequent month is informed by evidence rather than guesswork. When these elements work together, social media becomes a dependable source of demand rather than an unpredictable expense.
SOCIAL IS WHERE your buyers decide
Consider how a purchase decision actually forms today. A prospect hears your name, then checks your profile before they ever visit your website. They scroll your recent posts, read the comments, gauge whether the brand looks credible and active, and form a lasting impression within seconds. For a growing share of buyers, your social presence is the first — and sometimes the only — reference point they consult.
When a feed is inactive, inconsistent or off-brand, the cost is invisible: there is no error message, only prospects who quietly conclude you are not the safe choice. When it is consistent, confident and genuinely useful, it works continuously on your behalf — building familiarity before the first conversation, shortening the sales cycle, and giving every other marketing channel a warmer audience to convert.
Industry research consistently indicates that buyers complete a substantial portion of their decision before contacting a vendor, and that they actively use social channels to vet brands during that period. A presence that is absent or unconvincing at this stage removes you from consideration long before price is ever discussed.
COMMON CHALLENGES we help brands solve
If any of the following situations apply to your organisation, you are not alone — these are among the most frequent reasons brands first approach us:
- →Activity without results. The account posts regularly, yet generates no measurable enquiries or sales, because the content was never tied to a commercial objective.
- →Inconsistent publishing. Output depends on whoever has spare time, so the feed lurches between bursts of activity and long, visible silences.
- →Wasted ad spend. Budget is spent boosting posts with no clear targeting, offer or measurement, so the return is impossible to establish.
- →Off-brand or low-quality creative. Posts look hurried and inconsistent, undermining the very credibility the channel is meant to build.
- →Engagement that goes nowhere. Comments and direct messages arrive but are answered slowly or not at all, so interest cools before it becomes opportunity.
- →No clear reporting. Performance is summarised in follower counts and likes, with no line of sight to leads, cost-per-result or return.
Our process is designed specifically to resolve these issues — and to ensure they do not recur.
OUR PROCESS: from strategy to reporting
We maintain complete transparency throughout every engagement. The following outlines precisely how a programme progresses, and what you can expect at each stage.
Discovery & strategy
We start by understanding your business, your customers and your definition of success in measurable terms — then choose the platforms and positioning that will actually move those numbers.
Content planning
We build a content calendar around clear themes and audience needs, mapping each post to a purpose — awareness, trust or conversion — so nothing is published merely to fill a slot.
Creative production
Our in-house team produces the reels, video, graphics and copy to a consistent, on-brand standard. You review the work before anything goes live, never after.
Publishing & community
We schedule and publish on a dependable rhythm, then actively manage comments and messages so engagement is captured and nurtured rather than left to go cold.
Paid amplification
We extend reach with targeted paid campaigns, testing audiences, creatives and offers, and optimising toward cost-per-lead and return rather than impressions alone.
Reporting & refinement
Every month we report on reach, engagement, leads, conversions and spend in plain language, then use that evidence to refine the next cycle. The programme compounds over time.
PLATFORMS, TOOLS AND channels we use
We are not committed to any single platform — we are committed to your results. We focus effort where your audience actually spends its time, and pair the right channels with the tooling that keeps the programme consistent, measurable and efficient.
Reels, stories and feed content for brand affinity and direct-response — ideal for consumer and lifestyle brands.
Thought leadership, founder content and demand generation for B2B, SaaS and professional services.
TikTok
Short-form video built for discovery and reach, helping brands enter culture and grow audiences quickly.
YouTube
Long-form and Shorts that build durable authority and convert intent — content that keeps working for years.
Meta & X
Facebook communities and X presence for reach, conversation and timely, real-time engagement.
Paid social & ad managers
Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and TikTok Ads to distribute content to qualified audiences.
Content & scheduling
Planning, scheduling and approval tools that keep publishing consistent and your team in the loop.
Analytics & listening
Native platform analytics, UTM tracking and social listening to connect activity to leads and revenue.
If your audience is concentrated on a channel not listed here, we will meet them there. The right platform is the one your customers use — not the one that is currently in fashion.
BENEFITS AND return on investment
Setting aside terminology, social media managed to this standard delivers measurable commercial outcomes:
- ✓A steady flow of qualified enquiries — content and campaigns engineered to drive action, not merely to gather likes.
- ✓Stronger brand authority — a consistent, credible presence that makes you the safe, obvious choice in your category.
- ✓Lower acquisition costs over time — a warm, familiar audience converts more efficiently across every channel.
- ✓Reduced internal load — an accountable team handles strategy, creative and reporting, so you grow without adding headcount.
- ✓Compounding momentum — an audience and content library that keep producing value long after each post is published.
The objective is not simply a feed you are proud to show — though you will be. It is a social presence that produces a measurable return, and continues to do so as the audience and authority you build compound month after month.

BRANDING that commands attention
Alternate is a full-service branding agency that builds distinctive, durable brands — clear positioning, a recognisable visual identity, and messaging that sounds unmistakably like you. We work from strategy through to rollout for startups, scaling companies and established organisations that want to be remembered, trusted and chosen.
WHAT BRAND BUILDING involves
A brand is not a logo. The logo, the colours and the typeface are the visible surface, but the brand itself is the set of associations a person holds about your company before they have spoken to anyone on your team. Brand building is the deliberate work of shaping those associations — defining who you are, who you serve, what you stand for, and how you express all of that consistently across every place a customer encounters you. It is the difference between a company that has to explain itself in every conversation and one whose reputation arrives ahead of it.
In practice, that work spans several connected layers. Strategy establishes your position in the market and the audience you are built for. Verbal identity gives you a name, a value proposition, a tone of voice and the messages that make your offer easy to grasp. Visual identity translates the strategy into a logo system, colour, type and imagery. Guidelines hold it all together so the brand stays coherent as more people and channels begin to use it. Handled as one discipline rather than separate exercises, these layers reinforce each other and the result is a brand that feels intentional from every angle.
YOUR BRAND IS the first decision a customer makes about you
Consider how a buyer actually meets your company. They see a post in a crowded feed, land on a page from a search result, or hear your name mentioned by a peer. In each case they form an impression within moments — long before they read your features or compare your pricing. A brand that looks considered and speaks clearly earns the benefit of the doubt; one that looks improvised or generic has to overcome doubt before it can even begin to sell.
A weak brand carries a cost that never appears on a balance sheet. Sales cycles run longer because trust has to be built from scratch in every conversation. Marketing works harder for less, because inconsistent messages give the market nothing to remember. Strong brands compound in the opposite direction: recognition lowers the cost of every campaign, clarity shortens the path to a decision, and a distinctive identity lets you command a price your competitors cannot.
Industry research suggests that consistent presentation of a brand across all touchpoints can lift revenue by roughly 10–20%, and that buyers are willing to pay a meaningful premium for brands they recognise and trust. The investment in clarity and consistency rarely shows up as a line item — but its absence quietly shows up in every quarter's results.
COMMON BRANDING CHALLENGES we help solve
If any of the following describe your organisation, you are in familiar company — these are among the most frequent reasons businesses first approach us about their brand:
- →You blend into your category. Your brand looks and sounds like every competitor, so nothing makes a prospect stop and remember you.
- →You cannot explain what you do simply. The proposition takes a paragraph and a diagram, and prospects disengage before they reach the point.
- →The brand has drifted. Every channel, deck and campaign looks slightly different, because there is no single source of truth holding them together.
- →You have outgrown your identity. The brand was built for an earlier, smaller company and no longer reflects what you have become.
- →Competing on price is the only lever. Without a distinctive brand, buyers see you as interchangeable and the conversation always returns to discount.
- →A launch, raise or merger is ahead. An important moment is approaching and the brand is not ready to carry the scrutiny it will attract.
Our process is built to resolve these issues at the root — by fixing the strategy first, so the design and messaging finally have something solid to stand on.
OUR PROCESS: from brand discovery to rollout
We keep the work transparent and collaborative from the first session. The following outlines exactly how a branding engagement progresses, and what you can expect at each stage.
Discovery & research
We interview your team, study your customers and audit the competitive landscape. You leave this stage with a clear, shared understanding of where the brand stands today and where the opportunity lies.
Strategy & positioning
We define your audience, your distinct position, your values and the story that sets you apart. This is the foundation that gives every later decision a reason to exist.
Messaging & voice
We shape your value proposition, key messages and tone of voice so your offer is easy to grasp and consistent wherever it appears — from your homepage to a sales call.
Visual identity
We design the logo system, colour, typography and imagery that express the strategy. You review fully realised directions, not vague mood boards, and your feedback shapes the result.
Guidelines & assets
We package everything into a clear brand book and a ready-to-use asset library, so anyone applying the brand has a single, dependable source of truth.
Rollout & support
We help apply the new brand across your website, social channels and collateral, and stay on hand as it goes live. We operate as a long-term partner, not a supplier who disappears at handover.
WHAT OUR BRANDING service covers
Every engagement is scoped to what your brand actually needs. Most projects draw on some combination of the following:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
We define who you are, who you serve and why you win — the strategic foundation every strong brand is built on.
Visual Identity
A distinctive system of colour, type, imagery and layout that makes your brand recognisable at a glance.
Logo Systems
A flexible logo and mark built to work across every size, surface and context — from a favicon to a billboard.
Messaging & Voice
A clear value proposition, key messages and a tone of voice that sound like you across web, social and sales.
Brand Guidelines
A complete brand book so your identity stays consistent across every team, channel and touchpoint as you grow.
Collateral & Rollout
Templates, decks, social assets and launch materials that put the new brand to work from day one.
Whether you need a complete identity from scratch or a focused refresh of an existing brand, we shape the scope around your goals rather than a fixed package.
BENEFITS AND return on investment
Setting aside the craft, a brand built to this standard produces outcomes you can feel in the business:
- ✓Faster trust — a considered brand earns credibility on first contact, shortening the path from interest to decision.
- ✓Stronger pricing power — a distinctive brand lets you compete on value rather than constantly defending on price.
- ✓More efficient marketing — consistent messaging compounds, so each campaign builds on the last instead of starting over.
- ✓Easier hiring and partnerships — a clear, credible brand attracts talent, investors and collaborators who want to be associated with it.
- ✓A foundation that scales — guidelines and assets that keep the brand coherent as your team, channels and markets multiply.
The aim is not simply a brand you are proud to show — though you will be. It is a brand that makes the business easier to grow: easier to sell, easier to market, and easier for the right people to remember and choose.

WEB DEVELOPMENT company
Alternate is a web development company that builds fast, beautiful, high-converting websites and web apps — engineered in React, Next.js and modern stacks, and optimised for speed, SEO and conversion. From custom web development to scalable web application development, we build for startups, small businesses and enterprises.
WHAT WEB DEVELOPMENT involves
Web development is the discipline of turning a business objective into a functional, browser-based product — a website, an online store, a booking system, an internal dashboard or a complete software platform. The visible layer is the design and content; the layer that determines commercial performance sits beneath it: load speed, search visibility, the capacity to handle high concurrent traffic, and the ease with which your team can manage the site without technical assistance.
Many agencies approach a website as a purely visual exercise. We regard it as core business infrastructure — a system with a defined commercial purpose, whether that purpose is generating qualified enquiries, processing orders, or reducing the operational workload on your team. When the foundation is engineered correctly, every subsequent investment in marketing, search and advertising performs more efficiently.
YOUR WEBSITE IS your most valuable digital asset
Consider the role your website plays at every stage of the buying journey. It is the first reference point a prospective client checks after a referral, the destination a buyer reaches from a search result, and the place where a visitor forms a lasting judgement about your credibility within seconds.
When a site is slow, unclear or dated, the cost is invisible: there is no error message — only enquiries that never arrive and opportunities that quietly move to a competitor. When it is fast, well-structured and trustworthy, it works continuously on your behalf, qualifying prospects and supporting sales around the clock.
Industry research consistently shows that a single additional second of load time can reduce conversions by approximately 7%. For a business generating $10,000 in monthly online revenue, that represents an estimated $8,400 in lost revenue each year — a figure that rarely appears on any report.
COMMON CHALLENGES we help businesses solve
If any of the following situations apply to your organisation, you are not alone — these are among the most frequent reasons businesses first approach us:
- →Traffic without enquiries. Visitors arrive but rarely convert, typically because the page is not structured around a single, clear action.
- →Poor mobile performance. The site loads slowly on phones, where the majority of traffic now originates.
- →Content dependency. No change can be made without developer involvement, creating delays and ongoing bottlenecks.
- →Limited search visibility. Technical SEO was never part of the original build, so the site struggles to rank.
- →Instability under load. The site becomes unreliable during traffic spikes — precisely when it matters most.
- →Inconsistent quotations. Vendor estimates vary widely with little explanation, making budgeting difficult.
Our process is designed specifically to resolve these issues — and to ensure they do not recur.

Maintenance & Support
Ongoing updates, monitoring and improvements so your site keeps performing after launch.
OUR PROCESS: from discovery to launch
We maintain complete transparency throughout every engagement. The following outlines precisely how a project progresses, and what you can expect at each stage.
Discovery & strategy
We begin by developing a clear understanding of your business, your customers and your definition of success in measurable terms. You conclude this stage with a defined scope, timeline and fixed quotation.
UX & architecture
We map the complete user journey before any visual design begins — the pages, the flows and the primary action each page is intended to drive. This stage largely determines the conversion outcome.
Design
We design within your brand guidelines, screen by screen. You review fully realised layouts rather than abstract wireframes, and your feedback informs the design before development commences.
Development
Our senior developers build the site in clean, modern code across structured weekly sprints. A live staging environment allows you to monitor progress and provide feedback throughout, rather than only at completion.
QA, SEO & launch
We test across real devices, configure analytics and technical SEO, complete a comprehensive pre-launch review, and deploy. Your site goes live on a fast, secure and search-ready foundation.
Support & growth
Following launch, we provide ongoing monitoring, maintenance and continuous improvement informed by real usage data. We operate as a long-term partner, not a supplier whose involvement ends at handover.
TECHNOLOGIES AND tools we use
We are not committed to any single technology — we are committed to your results. We select the stack best suited to your objectives, your team and your budget. In most engagements, that includes the following:
Front-end
React, Next.js, TypeScript, Astro and Tailwind for interfaces that are fast, accessible and easy to maintain.
Back-end & APIs
Node.js, Express, REST and GraphQL, plus serverless functions — robust foundations that scale with you.
E-commerce
Shopify, WooCommerce and fully headless commerce — built around checkout speed and conversion.
CMS & content
Sanity, Contentful, headless WordPress or a custom CMS — so your team edits content without touching code.
Performance & SEO
Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, structured data and CDN delivery baked in — speed and rankings from day one.
Infrastructure
Vercel, AWS, GA4 and server-side tracking — reliable hosting and analytics you can actually trust.
If your organisation has already standardised on a particular technology, we will work within it. The appropriate stack is the one that best serves the business — not the one that happens to be in fashion.
BENEFITS AND return on investment
Setting aside technical terminology, a website engineered to this standard delivers measurable commercial outcomes:
- ✓More enquiries from existing traffic — the site is engineered to convert, not merely to exist.
- ✓Stronger search rankings — a fast, clean, well-structured site is easier for Google to crawl, trust and surface.
- ✓Lower advertising costs — higher-converting landing pages increase the value of every paid click.
- ✓Reduced operational overhead — a team-managed CMS removes the developer bottleneck for routine updates.
- ✓Room to scale — an architecture capable of supporting significant traffic growth without a complete rebuild.
The objective is not simply a website you are proud to present — though you will be. It is a website that produces a measurable return, and continues to do so well beyond launch.

UX/UI DESIGN agency
Alternate is a UX/UI design agency that turns complex products into intuitive, beautiful experiences — grounded in research, validated with real users, and engineered to move the metrics your business cares about. From early discovery through to a developer-ready handoff, we design web and mobile interfaces that people understand instantly and return to willingly. Good design is not decoration; it is the difference between a product that converts and one that quietly loses customers at every step.
WHAT UX/UI DESIGN involves
UX/UI design is the discipline of shaping how a person experiences your product — from the moment they arrive to the moment they complete the action you both want. User experience (UX) governs structure and logic: how information is organised, how a task flows from start to finish, and whether the path feels effortless or frustrating. User interface (UI) governs the surface a person sees and touches: the typography, colour, spacing, motion and visual hierarchy that communicate quality and guide attention.
The two are inseparable. A beautiful interface laid over a confusing flow still loses users; a logical flow wrapped in a dated, cluttered interface still erodes trust. Effective design unites both, informed by evidence rather than personal taste. We treat design as a problem-solving process with a defined commercial purpose — increasing sign-ups, reducing support requests, improving retention — not as a styling exercise applied at the end. When the experience is right, every downstream investment in marketing, onboarding and sales performs measurably better.
WHY GOOD DESIGN matters to the business
Design is the first impression a prospective customer forms of your product, and it is formed in seconds. A clear, confident interface signals that the business behind it is credible and well-run; a confusing or dated one raises doubt before a single feature has been tried. That judgement directly affects whether a visitor signs up, a trial user activates, or a buyer completes a purchase.
When design is poor, the cost is invisible. There is no error message for a checkout flow that quietly sheds buyers, an onboarding screen that loses new users, or a form that asks one question too many. The losses simply appear as flat conversion and rising support load. When design is considered, the same product earns trust faster, converts more of the traffic it already receives, and reduces the friction that drives people to abandon or to email your support team.
Industry research suggests that every dollar invested in UX returns a multiple of that in measurable value, and that the majority of users judge a company's credibility on design alone. For a product where small percentage gains in activation or checkout completion compound across thousands of users, the return on a well-designed experience is rarely a line item — but it is always there.
COMMON DESIGN CHALLENGES we help solve
If any of the following situations describe your product, you are in familiar company — these are among the most frequent reasons teams first approach us:
- →Users sign up but do not activate. Onboarding is unclear, so new users never reach the moment that proves the product's value.
- →High drop-off in key flows. People abandon checkout, registration or core tasks because each step asks too much or explains too little.
- →An interface that has grown inconsistent. Years of incremental additions have left mismatched components, spacing and patterns that look unpolished.
- →Rising support tickets. Recurring questions about how to do simple things are a symptom of an experience that is not self-explanatory.
- →Poor performance on mobile. The experience was designed for desktop first, yet most usage now happens on smaller screens.
- →Designs that ship looking different. Handoff is informal, so the built product never quite matches what was approved.
Our process is designed specifically to diagnose and resolve these issues — and to put systems in place so they do not recur.
OUR PROCESS: from research to handoff
We maintain complete transparency throughout every engagement. The following outlines precisely how a design project progresses, and what you can expect to review at each stage.
Research & discovery
We start by understanding your users, your business goals and your current experience — through interviews, analytics review and a structured audit. You leave this stage with a clear, evidence-based picture of what to fix and why.
Information architecture
We map the structure and the core user journeys before any visuals begin — the screens, the flows and the primary action each is meant to drive. This stage largely determines the usability outcome.
Wireframes & prototypes
We design low-fidelity layouts and interactive prototypes you can click through. Decisions are tested against real flows early, while changes are still inexpensive to make.
UI design
We craft the final interface within your brand — typography, colour, spacing, states and motion — screen by screen. You review fully realised designs and your feedback shapes them before build.
Usability testing
We put the design in front of representative users, observe where they hesitate, and iterate. The result is validated against real behaviour rather than assumption.
Design-to-dev handoff
We deliver organised files, specifications and a component-level handoff your developers can build from directly — so the product ships exactly as designed, not approximately.
WHAT OUR UX/UI SERVICE covers
Engagements are scoped to what your product actually needs — a focused audit, a single critical flow, or the design of a complete platform. Most include some combination of the following:
UX Research
User interviews, journey mapping, analytics review and heuristic audits that uncover what your users actually need.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Interactive prototypes that let you test and validate flows before a line of code is written.
UI Design
Beautiful, on-brand interfaces designed down to the pixel — for web and mobile, across every state.
Design Systems
Scalable component libraries and documented patterns so your product stays consistent as it grows.
Usability Testing
Test with real users and iterate — so the final product is intuitive and friction-free.
Design-to-Dev Handoff
Specs, tokens and component-ready files so engineering builds it exactly as designed.
BENEFITS AND return on investment
Setting aside the craft, design done to this standard delivers measurable commercial outcomes:
- ✓Higher conversion from existing traffic — clearer flows turn more of the visitors you already have into customers.
- ✓Stronger activation and retention — an onboarding people understand brings more users to value, and keeps them.
- ✓Lower support costs — a self-explanatory interface reduces the volume of how-do-I tickets reaching your team.
- ✓Faster, cheaper development — a design system and clean handoff mean engineering builds once, not three times.
- ✓A more credible brand — a polished, consistent experience earns the trust that closes higher-value customers.
The objective is not simply an interface you are proud to present — though you will be. It is an experience that produces a measurable return, and continues to do so as your product and your audience grow.

DIGITAL MARKETING agency
Alternate is a digital marketing agency that drives measurable, compounding growth — connecting search, paid media, content, email and conversion optimisation into one accountable strategy. We help startups, scale-ups and established companies turn online attention into qualified leads, pipeline and revenue, with every channel tied back to a number you actually care about.
WHAT DIGITAL MARKETING involves
Digital marketing is the discipline of reaching the right people across the channels where they already spend their attention — search engines, social platforms, inboxes and the wider web — and guiding them, step by step, toward becoming customers. In practice it spans several connected functions: earning organic visibility through SEO, buying targeted reach through paid search and paid social, building trust through content, nurturing interest through email, and continuously improving the rate at which visitors convert.
The visible layer is the advertising and the content; the layer that determines commercial performance sits beneath it — the measurement, the audience targeting, the messaging and the path a prospect follows from first click to closed sale. Many agencies treat each channel as an isolated tactic. We treat digital marketing as a single growth system, where search, advertising and email reinforce one another and where every pound of spend is held to a measurable standard. When that system is built correctly, each additional investment compounds rather than competes.
WHY GROWING BUSINESSES depend on it
Your customers begin nearly every buying decision online. They search for a solution, compare options on social platforms, read reviews and revisit your website several times before they ever make contact. If you are absent from those moments, the decision is made without you — and it is made in favour of whichever competitor showed up instead.
Effective digital marketing ensures you are present, credible and persuasive at each of those stages. It is also one of the few growth levers that is fully measurable: unlike a billboard or a print advertisement, you can see precisely which channel produced an enquiry, what it cost, and what it returned — and then direct more budget toward what works.
Industry research consistently suggests that the large majority of online experiences begin with a search engine, and that most buyers conduct independent research long before they speak to a salesperson. A business with no organised presence across these channels is, in effect, invisible at the exact moment a purchase decision is being formed.
COMMON CHALLENGES we help businesses solve
If any of the following situations sound familiar, you are not alone — these are among the most frequent reasons businesses first approach us:
- →Spend without a clear return. Budget is going out across several channels, but no one can confidently say which activity is actually generating revenue.
- →Traffic that does not convert. Visitors arrive from ads or search, then leave without enquiring — usually a targeting, message or landing-page problem.
- →Invisible in search. Competitors appear consistently on the first page of results while your pages sit where almost no one looks.
- →Disconnected channels. SEO, ads, social and email are run in isolation by different people or tools, so the effort never compounds.
- →Rising acquisition costs. Each lead is becoming more expensive to win, eroding margins and making growth harder to sustain.
- →Reports without insight. Dashboards are full of impressions and clicks but say nothing about leads, pipeline or revenue.
Our approach is designed specifically to resolve these issues — and to keep them resolved as you grow.
OUR PROCESS: from audit to optimisation
We maintain complete transparency throughout every engagement. The following outlines precisely how we work, and what you can expect at each stage.
Audit & discovery
We assess your current performance, channels, analytics and competitors, and develop a clear understanding of your customers and your commercial goals. You conclude this stage with an honest picture of where the opportunity lies.
Strategy & planning
We define the channels, messaging, budget allocation and targets that will deliver the strongest return — prioritised so the highest-impact work happens first, not last.
Build & launch
We set up campaigns, landing pages, tracking and content, with conversion measurement configured correctly from the outset so every result is attributable.
Measure & analyse
We track each channel against leads, cost-per-acquisition and revenue — not vanity metrics — so decisions are grounded in evidence rather than assumption.
Optimise & test
We continuously refine targeting, creative, bids and landing pages through structured testing, reallocating budget toward what performs and away from what does not.
Scale & report
Once a channel proves profitable, we scale it deliberately and report clearly on spend, results and ROI each month, so you always know exactly where you stand.
CHANNELS AND tools we use
We are not wedded to any single channel — we are committed to your results. We select the mix best suited to your audience, your margins and your goals. In most engagements, that includes the following:
SEO
Technical, on-page and content SEO that grows organic traffic and rankings sustainably — visibility you do not have to keep paying for click by click.
Paid Search (PPC)
Google Ads campaigns engineered for ROI — high-intent keywords, tight match types and continual bid and quality-score optimisation.
Paid Social
Meta, LinkedIn and other social campaigns built around sharp audience targeting, tested creative and clear conversion goals.
Email & CRM
Automated flows and lifecycle campaigns that nurture leads, recover lost interest and drive repeat revenue from people you already reached.
Content Marketing
Articles, landing pages and assets that attract the right audience, build trust and earn rankings — content with a job to do, not filler.
Analytics & CRO
GA4, server-side tracking and structured A/B testing that connect every channel to leads and revenue, then lift conversion from the traffic you already have.
If your organisation has already invested in a particular platform or tool, we will work within it. The right channel mix is the one that best serves the business — not the one that happens to be in fashion.
BENEFITS AND return on investment
Setting aside the jargon, digital marketing run to this standard delivers measurable commercial outcomes:
- ✓More qualified leads — campaigns built around buyer intent attract people who are genuinely ready to act, not just to browse.
- ✓Lower cost per acquisition — disciplined testing and budget reallocation steadily reduce what each new customer costs to win.
- ✓Compounding organic growth — SEO and content build an asset that keeps producing traffic and leads long after the work is done.
- ✓Predictable, scalable demand — once a channel proves profitable, you can scale spend with confidence rather than hope.
- ✓Complete clarity on what works — transparent reporting ties every channel to leads and revenue, so no budget is spent in the dark.
The objective is not simply more traffic or a busier dashboard. It is a marketing engine that produces a measurable return — and continues to compound that return month after month.

WEBSITE AUDITS, explained
What is a website audit?
A website audit is a structured review of a page or site that measures how well it performs against the things search engines and visitors actually care about — technical SEO, page speed, mobile usability, design and user experience, and how effectively the page turns visitors into enquiries. Instead of guessing why a site under-performs, an audit gives you an objective score and a prioritised list of what to fix first. Our free tool runs an automated, AI-powered website audit of any URL in about 30 seconds.
What does a good website audit report include?
A useful report goes beyond a single number. Ours covers 30+ individual checks grouped into clear areas — on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headings, structured data and indexability), Core Web Vitals and load performance, mobile readiness, accessibility and UX signals, and conversion basics like clear calls to action. Every check is marked pass, warning or fail, so you can see exactly what is working, what is costing you rankings or leads, and which fixes will move the needle fastest. You can read the full report on screen, download it as a PDF, and have a copy emailed to you.
Why website audits matter for rankings and leads
Most sites don't under-perform because of one big problem — they leak visitors and rankings through lots of small, fixable issues: a slow-loading hero, missing meta tags, a form that asks for too much, a layout that breaks on a phone. An audit surfaces those leaks in one place. If your site gets visitors but few enquiries, our guide on why your website isn't generating leads pairs well with the audit, and the conversion rate optimization guide shows how to fix what it finds.
How often should you audit your website?
For most businesses, a quarterly audit is a sensible baseline — plus a fresh check any time you redesign, migrate, publish a batch of new pages, or notice traffic or enquiries slipping. Because the tool is free and instant, there's no reason not to re-run it after any significant change and confirm your score is moving in the right direction.
Free automated audit vs a professional website audit
An automated audit is the fastest way to find the obvious, high-impact issues — and for many sites that's enough to start improving. A professional, human website audit goes further: it reviews your strategy, messaging, content and design in the context of your goals and your market. Our team offers that deeper review as part of a free consultation, and can implement the fixes through our web development and design and marketing services if you'd like a hand.
